Job Descriptions: –

• Responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities to achieve sales, profit and assigned targets.
• Generates sales leads through personal, professional and external networks.
• Presents, negotiates and sells property facilitation management technology services to prospective clients.
• Participates in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars.
• Build strong relationships with current and potential clients.
• To carry out additional work task as assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements: –

• At least two years of working experience in sales related field.
• Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
• Candidate should demonstrate a strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on securing new business.
