Our client is a well-known Law firm based in Malaysia. Due to company expansion, they are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Conveyancing Clerk to join their dynamic team in Johor/Kuala Lumpur. They offer attractive benefits and remunerations.

Job Descriptions: –

• Assist in conveyancing matter such as preparing sale & purchase agreements (SPA).
• Prepare loan documentation and updating customer details in the systems.
• Liaising closely with developers, purchasers, banks and any related parties with minimal supervision.
• Perform any other related duties as and when require

Job Requirements: –

• At least two years of working experience in handling conveyancing related matters.
• Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
• Able to commence work as soon as possible or with short notice will be an added advantage
